Quality
Lets start with the term Quality...
What is quality:
The term 'quality' is often used in a vague, blurred way. If someone talks about 'working on quality', they may simply mean activities designed to improve the organisation and its services.
Quality is essentially about learning what you are doing well and doing it better. It also means finding out what you may need to change to make sure you meet the needs of your service users.
Quality is about:
@ knowing what you want to do and how you want to do it
@ learning from what you do
@ using what you learn to develop your organisation and its services
@ seeking to achieve continuous improvement
@ satisfying your stakeholders - those different people and groups with an interest in your organisation.
The domain of the quality professional has changed. From its humble beginnings in manufacturing, it is now expected, along with other infrastructure professions, such as IT, HR and finance, to contribute at the organisational level. Unlike those other professions, quality expertise can be hard to define, perhaps because there are many views of what business-level quality means.
At its simplest level, quality answers two questions: ‘What is wanted?’ and ‘How do we do it?’ Accordingly, quality’s stomping ground has always been the area of processes. From the bread and butter of ISO 9000, to the heady heights of TQM, quality professionals specify, measure, improve and re-engineer processes to ensure that people get what they want.
So what is wrong?
If requirements are wrong, then failure is guaranteed. Focus is the domain of QA where, without a specification, quality cannot be measured and thus controlled. You cannot have zero defects if you do not have a standard against which to measure defectiveness.
This reflects the early days, where quality was clearly about product. Quality Control, and later Quality Assurance, was our domain - we didn’t care about customers; the research and design department was responsible for designing the job and sales and marketing for selling it. But those halcyon days of definitive specifications and jobs for life are long gone.
I takes a step further down the value chain, to the use of the product or service (at which point customers had forced their way into the frame), i still presupposes that we can fully understand how the product will be used, which is a great challenge (and not always possible). You know, Some things are ‘unknown and unknowable’.
ISO 8402 recognises this uncertainty with its ‘implied need’. It uses the word ‘entity’ as opposed to the ‘product or service’ definition of its earlier (1986) version, indicating a broadening uncertainty. Nonetheless, it suffers again from a simplistic, single-minded focus - all we need to do is to figure out what is wanted and then deliver it.
The quality models are a step further into broader business. Here, although processes are important, quality is much more about people: customers are there, but so too are stakeholders - employees, partners, suppliers, shareholders and society. Perhaps wisely, the models avoid nailing down a specific definition of quality, leaving us without a definition that encompasses a broader business view.
ISO9000:2000 steps in this direction also, talking about ‘customer and other interested parties’, but leaves the definition of quality at a rather generalised ‘degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfils requirements’.
I hope that these words will help you to understand the term "Quality"

TIME
Time is the most unpredictable thing in the world. We never know when things go in our favor or against. Mostly people relate time with money but the biggest difference between time & money is that we can gain money or we can lose money but time we can lose only. So we must spend it carefully. One thing we can't recycle is wasted time & Lost time is never found again. Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend. Gaining time is gaining everything in love, trade and war.
Until we value ourself, we will not value our time. Until we value our time, we will not do anything with it. Our greatest resource is our time. A wise person does at once, what a fool does at last. Both do the same thing; only at different times.
Never leave till tomorrow which we can do today.

PM Race...
I think both of them are very good human being with their own charachterstics. After long time, we can say that we have some top leaders, those are not involved in curruption.
But who is better PM?
If we will see the overall experience & qualification of both leaders, then i think we should give chance to Mr. L.K.Advani. As we know that Dr. Manmohan Singh is already completed one term as prime minister. Mr. L.K.Advani is also have a long experience in politics but he didn get chance to be a PM. Being a senior leader, he is also have his own vision to drive the nation. He has taken some good decision in the past in the interest of the country. It doesn´t mean that Dr. Manmohan Singh has not done well during his tenure as PM. But if i see that apart from PM, he is also a great economist, i would say that he was not that much successfull as expected. He didn´t take any proactive steps which were required in the current economic scenario, however all the steps laterly taken by him were excellent.
On the other side, Mr. L.K.Advani is assuring the nation that he will definitily workout in this direction & will comeup with solutions which can really help us. So why don´t we give a chance to him. He is also serving the nation past 50 yrs.
Another thing goes negative to Dr. Manmohan Singh is that he always need to look toward Smt. Sonia Gandhi for all decisions. He can not take decision with free hands. But Mr. L.K.Advani don´t have limitation like this. He can take decision by own & will responsible for public of India.
India got freedom in 1947. It became republic in 1950. But the actual democracy came in 1990 when we did change our mindset that anyone can become PM even if his/her sirname doesn´t belong to Nehru/Gandhi family. We all Indian have been changed our mindset but congress party didn´t change it. There is still dominance of Gandhi family. Any person working for congress for 50 years can not become PM if doesn´t belong to Gandhi family or Gandhi family doesn´t want him. It doesn matter how much qualified he is. We have seen it in 2004 for Sonia Gandhi & now again they are talking for Rahul Gandhi.
I like Rahul Gandhi very much. His apprach is good for serving the nation. But only Gandhi can not be the criteria of becomming PM. If Congress want a young prime minister, then why don´t they pick any leader from Yuva congress, groom him & then project him for PM. There are enough young leaders in the congress party then why are they only talking for Rahul Gandhi. Let him try for himself like any other Indian politician. I think that he is capable enough & will become PM of India. But why congress party is spoon feeding for him. Does he require for it? Is he not capable enough? I think Mr. L.K.Advani is the need of the country to alive its democracy.
India need only 3 party culture. It should be BJP, Congress & Left. We don´t need any regional party. If these three party will do good in all country, then their regional division will also look issues for that region. Small regional parties only work for theirself, just to earn money & to make fool of their region, religion or caste. All these reghional parties should get ban.
Finally i want to remind everybody that we have election in Delhi on 7th May. Please vote 7 vote for national issues & chose right candidate.
Now i signing off with this line that All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.
Live fit, healthy & happy!!!
